native to the Pacific coast of North America, due to its easy adaptation to captivity, his upbringing has been widely spread
almost worldwide , has high growth rates which can obtain in some cases up to two annual harvests in commercial sizes.
Technology designed and adapted for the cultivation of rainbow trout is fully dominated in all phases, ensuring the success
of the operations and a high return on investment. It is a semi-fat fish, as it provides about 3 grams of fat per 100 grams
of meat. It contains proteins of high biological value.
