We have a production capacity of 43 tons. hydrobiological frozen product per day, for which we have:

• 5 last generation freezing tunnels.
• Storage for 500 tons. in cold chambers, allowing electronically controlled automatically detect temperature changes.
• Ice machines (30 tons / day) have constantly allow ice to all stages of the process.
• Skilled labor and experienced, which makes different cuts, such as, HG, HGT, fillets, GG, CUT, as requested by the customer.
• Control and monitoring of compliance with HACCP plans, PHS, GMP, constantly monitored by the health authorities of our country.

This allows optimal and efficient results in the quality of our products.
